By selecting this check box, submitting this registration form and paying the non-refundable $25 registration fee, you agree to enroll your child in the SSOE Summer Dance Camp, running from June 9th to August 8th, 2025, at Sharon School of Excellence. The registration fee secures your child's spot but does not cover weekly tuition fees. Weekly fees are $125 per week for one child, $100 per week per child for two or more children, and $75 per week for current SSOE students. Weekly payments are due before the start of each week and are non-refundable regardless of attendance. Camp hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Camp is open to children ages 5 to 16 and includes free breakfast and lunch, with transportation available upon request. All campers are expected to behave respectfully; repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior may lead to dismissal without refund. By registering, you also give permission for Sharon School of Excellence to use photos or videos of your child for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing. You acknowledge that your child is in good health and able to participate in physical activities and agree to disclose any medical concerns on this form. Finally, you release Sharon School of Excellence, its staff, instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or losses that may occur during the camp.
